Tonight’s light dinner : grilled salmon, peppers, onions, sweet potatoes, squash and brown rice. I ate some rice before this picture was snapped but some of it remains :) I had some of my moms home made BBQ sauce and mustard on the side to dip my salmon in. Frozen yogurt and strawberries for dessert!
